  • The following sequence is used:-
  • Cleaning the mirrors by using squeegee or paper towel.
  • Cleaning the sink
  • Prepare the hand towels or dispenser paper and clean it
  • Cleaning the bowls by using the extension brush and if required use the small brush
  • Cleaning the urinals
  • Cleaning the divisions
  • Maintaining clean walls
  • Supplying the dispenser paper for toilets and hands soap
  • Mopping floors
  • Supplying the toilet paper
  • Checking periodically the hands soap and fill it up if required.
  • Cleaning shower and divisions if applicable
  • The reason we are implementing the extension brush is to minimize the number of times the
  • cleaners are bending their low back through the process and work more comfortable
  • by improving their yield and reduce the tiredness. The Floors will be mopped using a wet then dry mopping method; any spills will be cleaned immediately.
  • The toilets divisions must be clean by using cloth and squeegee. This is the best and easy way to keep clean these areas and minimise the muscle movement and reducing the tiredness. The same procedure will be use to keep clean the walls. All staff members are required to use Gloves at all times.
  • The sequence of cleaning kitchens is described as follows
  • Wipe and clean all the benches, tables and surfaces for the kitchen.
  • Clean the sinks
  • Change the rubbish bags
  • Organise the chairs back to the original position. (All waste will be disposed of in the correct areas)
  • The sequence of cleaning offices is described as follows:
  • Cleaner must check and change rubbish bags
  • windows frame dusting if required
  • Dusting surfaces from benches, tables, Photocopy and fax machine tables if required.
  • Vacuuming carpets (ensuring cables are not trailed as trip hazards)
  • Hand rails
  • Doors dusting Rubbish bags are to be deposited and collected later and taken to the rubbish collection point.
  • Cleaners Will Not attempt to manually force the rubbish bags by hand with the purpose of making more space. There is always a risk or hazard for chemicals, needles, blades etc.
